Walid joins the management team with 21 years of experience at Saudi Aramco where he held various financial positions from accounting, treasury, and auditing roles with the company and its joint ventures. His most recent roles were CFO of PRefChm (a refining and petrochemical JV between Saudi Aramco and Petronas) and CFO of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare; both roles that have provided him with the opportunity to interact and work with board directors and sub-committee members.

Walid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and also holds a Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA).
